A virtual phone service for as little as $9.95/month, iTeleCenter, offers a custom 800 toll-free number, multiple extensions, and included minutes.  The service is designed for any small business, but they have a niche market in Real Estate, as many Realtors have found their service invaluable.  The service includes over 30 cool features which are too numerous to mention here.  A couple of my favorites include choosing where each extension rings to (ext. 105 to your cell phone, etc.) and accessing voicemail and faxes via e-mail in MP3 and pdf formats.  

To be honest, for the Realtor, the $9.95 LITE plan is going to be too “light” and should consider their PRO plan at $34.95/month or even the PREMIER plan if you are a Real Estate selling machine which includes 50 extensions (a separate extension for each listing), 2500 toll-free minutes for your potential clients, and only 3.9 cents for additional minutes.  There is no contract and payments are on a monthly basis so you may cancel at anytime or simply take advantage of their free trial.  Their service is award winning and have been recommended by several reputable publications.  You can see these recommendations and more information about their service by clicking the banner below.

With speeds 4x faster than 3G, no installation or phone line needed, and WiFi access at home, the office, or on the road, CLEAR WiMAX 4G may be an Internet connection solution worth looking into. However, one would think this new service must be fairly expensive, at least more than DSL or a cable modem. This is in fact not true, the service is available for $30/month with the ability to add VoIP phone service for $25/month.

CLEAR offers wireless download speeds that average between 3-6 Mbs, speeds as fast as you’d get with a standard home broadband connection. It also offers simplicity and flexiblilty. There is no need for an appointment as there is no intallation or line of any kind required. Put a data card in your office or home computer’s USB slot, another in your laptop, and also sync your smartphone to it. (compatible with both PC or MAC operating systems)

CLEAR works basically like a giant WiFi network, so there is only one problem with the service. It is not available everywhere (for now anyway).
